Our website uses Google analytics in order to improve our service and user     experience to analyse how the website is used. Aside from the approximate location  (IP address) the information collected by Google analytics is mostly anonymous traffic data including browser information, device information, language and country of origin.

 Most of the website does not require any form of registration, allowing you to visit  our site without telling us who you are, however when you  register to take out a    membership we will request your name, title, email address which is held  within our website. If you do not supply this information it will not be possible to access the historical data on our website.

The website payment module used to collect payment transfers you to PayPal who  record your payment details, and, physical address. We do not hold this information and we do not ask for additional, non-personal information.


When registering to take out membership we will seek your consent to email you  regards updates or to establish if we can assist your search by checking records not currently held on our web site.  At no point will your details be used for marketing  purposes.
